I love rollercoasters, listening to podcasts, decorating, savoring red velvet cake, taking long walks, and I never go a day without tea. I don’t care if it’s hot or cold. It’s just my jam. I also love watching HGTV.

I absolutely love working with tween/ teen girls. Many girls are in a phase of growth. It brings me so much joy to support clients while helping them develop boundaries, resilience, self- confidence and a strong sense of self-awareness. It’s so inspiring to witness their growth. I believe that the tools that they develop now, will set the stage for a more balanced adulthood.

I have a background in School Counseling, and over a decade of experience counseling children teens and young adults. I decided to become who I needed as a young girl. It is such a privilege to see girls who are hesitant about starting therapy become comfortable and become their biggest advocate. I offer a “safe space” for girls to not feel judged and know that it’s okay to cry it out. We will dance about victories as well.
