Princess Academy is a 6-week empowerment group for girls in grades 3-5 to build confidence, strengthen friendships, manage worry and develop a healthy sense of self. Through engaging activities and age-appropriate skill building, girls will learn practical tools to express themselves, navigate social situations, recognize their strengths and approach challenges with confidence.

What to Expect
Each week, girls will participate in a blend of guided conversation, interactive exercises, creative activities, and opportunities to connect with their peers. Sessions are designed to feel welcoming and engaging while giving participants practical skills they can use at home, at school, and in their friendships.
